Shipping

Processing and delivery times

All standard orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. We thank you for your patience + apologize for the inconvenience. You are also able to select expedited shipping at checkout if you need your order rushed. Expedited orders will be processed and shipped with in 24 hours and shipped 2nd day air. If you need something sooner contact us at support@shopolas.com and we will try our best to get you what you need!

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 per order. If you need expidited shipping, you order will be processed and shipped with in 24 hours and shipped 2nd day air. The expided processing and shipping cost is $20

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes! There will be additional international shipping fees but Las Olas ships worldwide!

My Order

How can I change or cancel my order?

You are able to change or edit orders once the order is successfully placed and before it ships. Once a shipping label has been created, the order can not be changed or canceled. Please contact us using the "Chat with us" button at the bottom of the page right away in regard to changing an order.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We do our very best to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. If in the rare event a mistake is made, we will make it right. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us using the chat button at the bottom right of any page on the website. To expedite the process, please provide us with your 4 digit order number and a picture of what you received. Please make sure the Las Olas barcode is visible!

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

All product shipped to you is in new condition and will be free of defects. If for some reason you find a defect upon delivery, please reach out to us using the chat button at the bottom right side of any page on the website right away and provide us with your 4 digit order number and a picture of the defect which includes the product tag with the Las Olas barcode visible. In-order for us to consider an exchange for a defect, the item must unwashed, unworn and in new condition with original hygienic liners and hang tags still attached. Any product that has been worn will not be eligible for an exchange. We handle this on a case by case basis.

What if my package is lost?

Las Olas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us immediately using the "chat with us" button at the bottom of the page if you suspect that your package is lost and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

If a returned package is lost or damaged, that is the responsibility of the customer and we will be unable to accept the return or issue a refund. Please use an insured shipping company to avoid loss or damage- FedEx, UPS, USPS.

Product

How do I care for my product?

Every bikini brand we carry is expertly crafted and will last for years if cared for properly. In order to keep your suit looking just as elegant as the day you bought it, we recommend the following:

  • hand wash separately in cold water + rinse immediately after use
  • use diluted mild detergent meant for delicate fabrics
  • avoid fabric softener + bleach.
  • do not twist, wring, rub or scrub
  • do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean
  • drip dry in shade
  • do not leave rolled up wet
  • avoid pools, spas and hottubs treated with harsh chemicals and high amounts of chlorine.
  • rinse your swimsuit immediately after use
  • avoid contact with tanning products, lotions, sun creams + oils
  • avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent pulls
  • some colours may fade in sunlight or chemically treated water
  • some colours may bleed or transfer when wet, avoid contact with other fabrics until dry

Refund & Return Policy

In-Store

All in-store swim purchases are final sale because swim is considered intimates and we do not sell used swimsuits. We suggest you come check out our carefully curated swim collection and have some fun trying on all the latest and greatest styles! One of our dedicated Las Olas team members will help you find the perfect fit!

Online Purchases

Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the received date. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Any item you wish to return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn and in new condition with original hygienic liners and hang tags still attached. If we receive your reutrn and it has been washed, worn or is damaged Las Olas will return those items to you. This will incur an additional $5 shipping fee. Postmark your return within 7 days of the received date. The return shipping cost is not covered by Las Olas. If a returned package is lost or damaged, that is the responsibility of the customer and we will be unable to accept the return or issue a refund. Please use an insured shipping company to avoid loss or damage- FedEx, UPS, USPS. The orginal shipping cost of your order is non-refundable.

Non-refundable Items

All sunglasses, shoes, sandals and accessories as well as all discounted and sale rack items are final sale. This applies to all online and in-store purchases. All online orders are non-refundable 7 days after the delivery date. If a return has been approved, please make sure it is postmarked with in the 7 day return window to avoid the package being returned to you.

How do I return my product?

If your items fall under the return policy, please initiate a return by logging in to your account using the email you used to make the initial purchase, click on your order and then click on request return. Please read the Refund and Return policy section above to see if your order qualifies!

When will I receive my refund?

Once your items have been returned to us, our support staff will inspect them for any damages or signs of wear. After our team has thoroughly checked the received products, we will issue a refund that should be posted on the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. If we receive your return and any items have been washed, worn or are damaged, Las Olas will return those items to you at your expense. Las Olas can provide a return label for $5. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed.
