We get this one a lot: Las Olas means "the waves" in Spanish and is not associated with Las Olas boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale.

 

Online Returns

Returns that are postmarked within 4 days of the date you received your order may qualify for a refund or exchange less any shipping paid. Returns postmarked after 4 days are not eligible for a return.

Any item you wish to return or exchange must received unwashed, unworn and in new condition with original tags still attached. Once the products are received, we will inspect the product(s) to make sure they are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with the original tags still attached. If we determine the products are damaged, worn, washed or not in new condition with the tags still attached  we will send the item(s) back once a shipping label has been paid for by the customer with in 4 business days of notice from our support team. If the shipping label is not paid for with in a reasonable time, we will have to damage out the product(s).

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE USE AN INSURED CARRIER (FEDEX, UPS, USPS).   LAS OLAS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT.

SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR RETURN. WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND THE REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME BANKING INSTITUTIONS TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO REFUND THE MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE WE HAVE PROCESSED IT ON OUR END.
